- Assisting the client on the skills development pillar of the B-BBEE Scorecard, by strategically planning and advising the client on how to maximize scores on their B-BBEE Scorecard.

01. Where does the learners come from?
Learners can be currently employed staff and unemployed learners which we source from our learner’s data basis.
02. What is the Section 12H SARS allowance?
Section 12H of the Income Tax Act provides for an allowance to employers in respect of registered learnership agreements entered between the employer and employee, the allowance is made up of both an annual allowance (The financial year that the learnership agreement is registered) and then a completion allowance (available in the year which the learner successfully completes the registered learnership agreement).
