Loots Basson Consultancy (Pty) Ltd has numerous years’ experience in the poultry industry ranging from broilers, layers and hatcheries. We have a history of very good scores on numerous internal and external audits against industry standards and we can assist you / your farm to achieve maximum results when it comes to Audit preparations throughout the year and having you / your farm well focused on the target of achieving your best results. Furthermore, Loots Basson Consultancy (Pty) Ltd can assist in legal matters when it comes to disciplinary inquiries of your staff members. We can help you by writing disciplinary codes specifically designed and valid for your farm, give relevant training on the disciplinary codes and procedures and further conduct hearings on your behalf as an external non-bias party that makes sure any / all disciplinary action taken against a staff member is done correctly and fairly to avoid future issues should an employee go to the CCMA.

Our mission is to take away the stress factors of audit preparations and labour related issues on the farms. We understand the long and hard hours that is relevant to the farming operations, and we are here to offer various services to our clients as per their needs. We are a niche consultancy firm that believes in honesty, respect, and long-term relationships. Our Vision
Our main vision is to get all poultry farms on the optimal level of biosecurity and to ensure that preventative measures are in place and kept in place to avoid possible disease outbreaks. With audit results that are approved by State Veterinarians, we can assist farmers to export poultry meat and help our local farmers to receive the rewards of their hard work. We want to create an industry that understands mental health in the workplace so that the agricultural industry can be an example to other industries of being a safe yet productive industry by understanding both the needs of employer and employee.
